	General Overview Westlake Village Homeowners Association is located in Longmont, Colorado at the Southwest corner of the intersection of 21st Avenue and Hover Street. The Association consists of 153 single family homes and was established in 1995. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.
